an Interactive Workshop on Emerging Trends in Employee-employer Relations

The 1-day Workshop aims to help participants:

• take stock of the recent developments in Industrial Relations
• assess and understand their implications from all perspectives, as presented by different stakeholders–government, legal, trade union, employers etc
• pick up innovative practices from fellow practitioners
• debate possible responses that HR and IR practitioners can implement to meet challenges ahead

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
The program would most benefit HR Managers in workforce-intensive industries where collective-bargaining practices exist or have potential to come up It would be ideal if a team of HR professionals and workforce representatives from an organization attend together, so that they can later share and develop their own organization-specific responses based on their learning.
